About the job
In your role as Service Delivery Manager (SDM), you will be the heart of our operational activities. You are responsible for ensuring that our services are delivered with the highest quality, from start to finish. By continuously communicating status and current situations to both internal and external customers, as well as leading operational meetings and creating a smooth and transparent work process. Your work is crucial for building strong relationships and ensuring that all parties are satisfied.
The Swedish Tax Agency is now entering a new phase of development and innovation as we will deliver IT services and IT operations to more government agencies. Therefore, we are scaling up and strengthening our teams with new employees who want to work with the delivery of these services to Sweden's authorities.
We are looking for someone who has a natural ability to listen and understand the organization's priorities. You ensure that processes and routines are followed while constantly looking for ways to improve our service deliveries. Your structured work method and attention to detail, as well as pragmatic working methods, make both customers and developers feel confident and create momentum in our deliveries.

You will belong to the IT department, located in Sundbyberg.
About you

In this job, you should:

You should also have:
- several years of relevant work experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role as assessed by the employer
- several years of relevant work experience in customer relations
- good knowledge and understanding of IT operations and IT development
- post-secondary education in IT or several years of work experience that the employer assesses as relevant for the role.
It is desirable that you have good knowledge of service delivery operations to external customers and that you have experience working data-driven, following up on SLAs and set goals. It is also desirable that you have an understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes as well as agile development. It is also desirable that you have work experience from complex IT organizations, such as government agencies or other larger organizations.
Good to know
The employment is permanent and may start with a six-month probationary period.
Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
